Study Room Usage Policy
Purpose
The purpose of the study rooms is for group study of two or more students enrolled in the law school. Law school faculty may schedule the study rooms for classroom purposes. Persons other than law school students or faculty may use the public seating areas of the library.
Reservations
- A law school student may reserve a study room through the law school web page on behalf of two or more law students.
- Reservations by a single group are limited to a maximum of two hours per day.
- Reservations may not be made more than one day in advance.
Usage
- Study Rooms that have not been reserved are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to all law school students.
- Study room users may be asked to provide their OneCard university identification.
- A person or group using a study room without a reservation must leave when a group with a reservation arrives.
- All library policies are to be observed in the study rooms located within the law library including policies concerning reshelving, and prohibitions on food and drink. (Rooms 235M, 235N, 357A - F, 367, 369)
- Furniture is not to be removed from or brought into a study room.
- The law school is not responsible for personal property.
