Dean Emeritus Lefstein Quoted in New York Times on Public Defender Workloads

Professor Norman Lefstein, an expert on criminal justice issues, was quoted in the New York Times in an ariticle entitled, "Citing Workload, Public Lawyers Reject New Cases" by Erik Eckhom (November 9, 2008, pg. 1). Lefstein is Dean Emeritus of the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis.
