Faculty Connections to Judge Sotomayor Noted in New York Times
On May 27, 2009, Professor Gerard Magliocca’s op-ed article “Scenes From Judge Sotomayor’s Courtroom,” ran in the New York Times. On May 26, 2009, Dean Gary R. Roberts was quoted in the NYT in an article on the importance of Judge Sotomayor’s temporary injunction that helped lead to the end of the baseball strike in 1995.
