Professors Katz and Klein Provide Expert Analysis on Indiana State Fair Disaster Claims

In a recent article in The Indianapolis Star, Professor Andrew Klein, a tort law expert, commented on the state’s liability limits. Professor Rob Katz, a charity law expert, also commented on the system devised by officials to distribute donated funds to victims.
